Massoud Mousavi, PT, DPT Founder and president of Sundance Physical Therapy, Inc., Massoud Mousavi, PT, DPT has 15 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Dr. Mousavi graduated with honors from Tehran University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. He started his post-professional studies at University of Southern California in 1994 and then transferred to Rocky Mountain University in Utah where he completed his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy with an emphasis on Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He received his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in August 2002. Dr. Mousavi is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (Orthopedic section, sports section and private practice section). Working in the field of Orthopedic and Sports for the past 15 years has given Dr. Mousavi the opportunity to work with world-class athletes (World Cup USA 1994). He has been trained extensively in different manual physical therapy schools including: Cyriax, Maithland, Paris and Mulligan which have enriched his manual therapy skills. |

Roman Goldring, MPT Roman Goldring joined Sundance Physical Therapy in 2005. After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Califormia State University Northridge, he earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences (2004). Roman continued his education by completing a yearlong residency program in orthopedic manual therapy taught by Joseph Godges, PT, DPT, MA, OCS . Roman’s clinical experience has been focused in the realm of orthopedic and sports physical therapy, which includes a strong emphasis on manual therapy and biomechanical analysis. Professionally, he believes in the education of his patients, particularly in respect to their own challenges or injuries. Detailed discussion about each individual’s situation, contributing factors, and rehabilitation process, is a precursor to all treatment. Roman consistently designs innovative and highly individualized programs for his patients, creating an interesting, informative, and enjoyable rehabilitation regimen which carries into each individuals post recovery lifestyle. Ultimately he places a high value on his own physical wellness and in this spirit, strives to optimize the physical ability and experience of each of his patients that they too can participate in the activities that they value most. |

Terry Toufanian, DPT Terry Toufanian earned her bachelor degree in biology from Loyola Marymount University in 2007, and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2011. Terry's primary interest is in orthopedics, and she has completed multiple internships in the outpatient orthopedic setting while in graduate school. Terry's treatment philosophy is that a balance of strength and mobility is the key to achieving optimal pain relief and functional rehabilitation. Terry believes that educating the patient on their condition, and creating a treatment program that is unique to the patient is a pivotal part of the rehabilitation process. |
